She allowed me to trial a new demo set for a couple of weeks then when I agreed ordered a new set for me.

I had an amazing experience at Teresa Burns Hearing! My right ear was completely blocked with wax and quite painful, and I couldn’t get an appointment anywhere in Auckland as most places were fully booked. The receptionist here was so kind and understanding - she managed to fit me in urgently, which I really appreciated.
Dr. Anne Toth was fantastic - super friendly, patient, and professional. She explained everything clearly and used the latest equipment for the microsuction wax removal. The procedure was quick, comfortable, and I felt instant relief afterwards!

I went in for wax removal and had a fantastic experience. Anne was very professional and helped guide me through the process which helped me to relax. Previously at another clinic I had a bad experience, but this session was so good that it overcame that.
