Lovely service from this company, thank you so much Nikki and Mel for taking care of me today

I have complex hearing issues and Laura has been my audiologist for many years. She has never failed to help me make the best choices of aids, set them up appropriately and go above and beyond with service. Laura is a hearing aid user which makes her understand some of the issues that other providers may not do and she is very open to new ideas and trying options that fit the user rather than the bulk standard fittings. I have experienced other providers and would state categorically that Laura is the best in the area from my experience - she is not there to sell you an aid but to find the best option for your requirements. As an aside, but still important, her staff are also extremely friendly and welcoming. I have personally recommended Laura to many other new hearing aid wearers.

I came to Laura from another audiologist who I was not happy with. Laura and her team are great people to deal with and many of my friends and acquaintances have changed to Laura because they were not happy. Keep up the good work Laura.

Incredible service! I had an issue with one of my hearing aids. I was seen and sorted within an hour of my phone call. I was able to pop in and be seen in my lunch break, my hearing aid fixed, and even recieved a phone call later that day to make sure all was well. Would highly recommend 👌

Rang re a clients hearing aids was told just to pop in which I did on Tuesday. Mel on the reception (who was multi tasking waiting to get put thru to ACC) apologised then showed me the problem - replaced filters and ensured I could maintain them for my client. Whole process was informal pleasant yet so professional. Will now be recommending Laura Arnold as the place to go. And Mel you are a first class face of this business. Thank You
