It's great to support someone local who isn't part of an international brand. Sarah is luvly to deal with. She has products that don't cost the earth (hearing aid batteries). This is one business who you'd be happy to travel to just for the service.
Sarah is the best Audiologist I've ever had and I've been to 5 before her. She is kind, caring and thoughtful I never leave her office unless she is satisfied my aids are working correctly and I'm happy. She is friendly and great to talk to and my Husband and I both enjoy seeing and talking to her she has a good sense of humour. Her service is awesome. My first appointment with Sarah was when another Audiologist left me with 1 aid to manage with which wasn't working properly the other had stopped working and couldn't be fixed and I have a profound hearing loss. Sarah loaned me an aid and got my other one working enough to function again now she is helping me with testing new aids until I'm happy no one else has ever done that so if your having problems with your hearing or aids I highly recommend Sarah. She had restored my faith in Audiologists again and if there was an award she deserves one. She is a God send to us☺
