Very satisfied with new aids. Great to have options with manufacturers (all good but they are different, and some may suit you better) and Carolyn took care with setting up and mapping. Over 20 years with aids, and I know that experienced personalisation is crucial.

I've been a returning customer for 5-6 years or so - almost as long as I've been living in Christchurch. The things that keep bringing me back are their friendship, courtesy and professionalism. When I've wanted advice I've gotten just what I wanted. When I've made a purchase their help and guidance is invaluable. After sale service is excellent. When a quote is given they stick to it, more so that when I chose and bought some aids that just didn't work for me, they supplied a more suitable pair, though a bit costlier, at the same quoted price. I'll be a returning customer next year.
